About

Why the blog?

The “Jude 3 Project” began as a blogging project/experiment during my first year of seminary studies.  Through this blog I hope to reach souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  The use of apologetics will never “reason” someone into a relationship with Jesus Christ; however, through apologetics we can remove the intellectual objections that stand in the way of a person coming into a relationship with Jesus Christ. This blog exists to be a resource for those who are practicing apologetics and as a research portal for those seeking to explore the truth claims of Jesus Christ.

So who are you?

My name is K. Dayton Hartman.  I am an SBC minister serving inNashville, NC. Thus far I have earned a B.S. in Pastoral Studies from Antietam Bible College and an M.A. of Global Apologetics from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary (I am actively seeking to further my education…perhaps I subconsciously desire to be a professional student). I am an instructor of apologetics at Antietam Bible College and a contributing author for various apologetics ministires (www.answeringislam.org and www.bethinking.org) I have a passion for apologetics, philosophy, theology, discipleship, and evangelism. It is my desire to see every Christian actively involved in a local church body that is purposefully equipping believers to understand what they believe and how to defend it.
